Air temperature 39 F, wind south about 5 mph, overcast. Light rain now, off-and-on and mixing with some snow here and there for the next several days. Our corner of the world could use a good washing.
In addition to our side-yard goldfinches, chickadees, and juncos, we just had a flight of metal birds head out. Couldn't confirm ID because of cloud cover, but we've had F-15 and F-16 transients recently.
