Gray morning returns

Air temperature 37 F, wind NW about 10 mph, overcast with light rain making me drive for the newspaper. Supposed to clear off later, but that probably won't brighten my mood.

Wind gusting over 40 mph, clearing out the rain and adding evaporation to the thaw. Air temperature 42 F, skating rink at the park turned into duck-pond sans ducks.
