Air temperature 30 F, wind SSW about 5 mph, windchill 24. Overcast, so boring sky predawn. We may get some light snow later, more Friday, possible real storm Sunday. Stay tuned.

Rodent to rodent, dust to dust . . .

Murdered a house-mouse overnight, disposed of the evidence under one of the bushes out back. Said bush occupied by a gray squirrel at the time. I would not be surprised if the squirrel eats the mouse -- they will eat meat if they can get it cheap.
