Air temperature 1F, wind near calm, clear sky. I should note that while our temperatures are below average, the record low for the date is about 20 degrees colder . . .
Just had a streetlight replaced on our block, I reported it back in November. The tech part comes in where I got an email on clearing the service "tag" as the bucket truck left the scene.
