Another nothing

Air temperature 50 F, wind west about 5 mph, scattered clouds for the newspaper walk. Mowers droning along at the school and park on the next block. I shall emulate later.

When an advertisement tells me that a certain vehicle is "all new" I think that they really blew it on the previous design . . .

Mowed the dandelions, got my annual reminder to haul out a 3/4" wrench and tighten the rear wheel height pivot every now and then. And also tied up the peonies in the short interval when they are high enough and the wasps haven't started grazing honeydew off the flower buds . . .

Macavity's a mystery cat

Out for my morning amble around the neighborhood and heard a meow across the street. And another. And another. And this pale tan and white cat crossed the street and wanted attention. Wanted it a lot. I've never seen it before . . .

Probably an indoor cat that got out and got lost.
