Also chilly, but bright.  I had hoped for a bike ride, but looks unlikely.

Thus do we sequence from flood danger to fire danger -- low humidity, high winds, lots of dead grass and leaves and brush drying out.  Someone tosses a live cigarette butt out the car window and burns half a township.

Two redpolls at the feeder yesterday, one this morning.  Stragglers?  Outcasts?  The Redpoll With No Name?
