Two days in a row? I thought they had passed a law against our seeing the sun two days in a row. Won't last, I'm sure.
In other news, no redpoll sightings yesterday either. And none so far this morning. Maybe the plague has truly moved on. We did have a couple of pine siskins yesterday, also not on our regular menu. They reside in Maine all year, but are more normally seen in the conifer forest.
Street sweeper howling around the neighborhood, stirring as much dust as it removes. I wonder what the silicosis rating (particulate pollution) is this morning.
