Drip drip drip
Mar. 5th, 2009 12:53 pmKnocked the calving glaciers off the edge of our sunporch roof. Sun having effect on snow -- some crusting on the ski trail this morning, clear days and temperatures down to 0 F at night. Otherwise an excellent run.
Saw possible fisher tracks in the area of the porcupine slaughter -- size and spacing right, but we'd had maybe an inch of light snow after the whatsit passed, so I can't be sure.
Didn't see any other skiers on the trail today. Not a problem unless I have a heart attack out in the wilderness and count on someone coming along with a cell phone to call in a complaint about the trail blockage.
4 miles, 51 minutes.
