Little more

A light dusting of snow overnight, just enough to grease the black ice.  Wife reports that none of the three Government Entities* she traverses to the nature center had bothered to treat the roads in any fashion.  Thus doth the economic crisis impact the roadside ditch . . . and all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

*One (or at least *this* one) hesitates to call them cities, or even towns.
