One week from first meeting on the project. And even Code thanked me.
Now, let's see if my final bill gets paid.
(I have some recourse if it doesn't -- the owner has to get a Certificate of Occupancy from the city before they can open for business. A little bird told me that such an item might get . . . delayed . . . if payment is likewise delayed. The joys of small-town living.)
