Some sun, some clouds, temperatures above freezing. Cats on patrol against the rampaging squirrel hordes. Meeting this afternoon on the _other_ downtown renovation, the one I shelved months ago. At least that building is intact and inhabitable as it stands. No visible interior pigeons, no roof leaks, no cracked floor beams and sections that trampoline underfoot.
Hey, the University Mall renovation project about ten years back, we had literal grass growing in the moldy carpet of one store near the windows. Mushrooms in another, less well lit.
