Not raining, though. _Still_ not raining. I feel that this is worthy of note. We retain a surplus of over a foot of rain, relative to an average year.
Haven't heard back from Owner on the EPA laundry revision plan, so that job remains stalled. I already know that I want to shift the elevator/machine room layout a bit, to bring any potential shaftway poking through the roof into the corner where it can look like Architecture -- a number of the older buildings in the neighborhood have Victorian corner towers. Think Addams Family Gothic, but on a corner rather than over the front entry.
Also need to convert some closet space into stackable washer/dryer "laundrettes" in each unit. We are going upscale, since the site is within walking distance of the medical center and may attract Urban Professionals.
