About halfway through the proofreading. Still a pain in the petunias. I'd accept that kind offer to help, except this is a physical object rather than an electronic file that can be zapped from here to Texas in seconds. Well, minutes, or half an hour -- I connect through dialup, and a typeset novel-length file would take some time.
Cloudy today, but better weather prophesied for later. We may see the 70s F again this weekend. If I can get another couple of bike rides in before the end of the month, I'll pass 400 miles for the year. I think I need a new crank bearing, though. Got this annoying tick-tick-tick in both pedals as I roll along, and those are new pedals.
Now Wife is threatening me with new wallpaper for the bathroom. I countered with a request to have it hung professionally -- one reason why we need the job done again is that I goofed up a few things the previous time. Of course, that was 25 years or so ago.
