Well, the forecast seems to have got it right -- gusty and chilly, temperatures in the 30s F this morning (3 C), not bicycle weather. Besides, with the contractor rototilling and grading our street, I'm not sure I could have escaped to useable road....
Did get another few pages done, leaving Fiona in a control hold face-down on stone flooring. Now she'll have to prove that she's nasty and scheming enough to be valuable to the Pendragons -- otherwise, they'll just shoot her.
But nasty and scheming? That's fish-to-water territory for her....
May test the GPS toy against a geocache out at the Nature Center, just for the hallibut. Wife knows where the thing is, but has agreed to stay out of the hunt. I should have mentioned before, but this GPS is probably the world's cheapest available unit, purchased for use with school programs and kiddies who might drop it into a frog pond. So I shouldn't expect too much from it.
