The Return of the Sewer

Sounds more ominous than reality. Today the crew excavates our own personal sewer line and replaces yesterday's temporary hookup with a permanent PVC line to the edge of the right-of-way. Felling an ornamental tree beside the road, in the process -- the dingbat "City Forester" planted the blasted thing centered over our sewer line....

But we are under a Thou Shalt Not Flush condition red for another spell of time.
