Two in a row
Jun. 2nd, 2005 08:22 amSun visible again today. Wife commented, last night, that she had almost forgotten that stars exist. They do.
No further sightings of the hummingbird. I think we just served as a gas station on the interstate highway en route to some real flowers. (And on the way to male hummingbirds, as well. We couldn't tell if all the sightings were the same female, but we never saw a male bird.)
Wife is being obstinate on grammar in GHOST POINT, insisting on actual verbs and other boring things. Don't understand her problem -- my prose remains perfect, each run-on or sentence fragment a polished gem rivaling Shakespeare.
Downside of sun -- I need to mow the lawn again. And buy more monofilament for the string trimmer.
