"Doping" questions continue, of course. And in one respect, yes, his wins are directly the result of drugs. He says so, in person, on those ads for Bristol Meyers Squib. Drugs kept him alive. But on the other angle, the "performance enhancing" stuff, he has lived under a microscope for six years now and the lab tests haven't shown anything.
Unless you count Ms. Crow as a drug....
