And the current USAG clearly has his own ideas as to whom to brand as the "outside agitators"...not unlike those who once misruled that segregated south:

I've heard people blaming far-right agitators from out of town, and I've heard people blaming far-left agitators from out of town. The only point of agreement seems to be the "out of town" part.

Because clearly the land of Minnesota Nice couldn't produce something like this all on its own.
