I would expect that the coronavirus spread will provide an excuse for some regimes to ban public gathering, and perhaps postpone elections. And when it gets into the refugee and detention camps, block movement of displaced people. We'll see whether the US is one of those regimes . . .

Hoping for Canada's sake that the US will continue to have elections, free and fair enough to keep both our countries safe enough.
