That's a long way away. I didn't realize how far it was. I was thinking maybe a 2 hour drive instead of 4.

I was afraid you'd notice that. Would have been nice to have _somebody_ show up -- even local stalwarts have schedule conflicts.

(Having driven Younger Son to grad school several times, I am acutely aware of how much Maine stretches between here and far New Hampshire.)

Sorry we can't be there, but the doctor is telling kinzel ten days at least of rest, real rest, I mean it, rest after this next piece of business is taken care of on Thursday, so Saturday in Bangor is right out.
