Just wandered from room to room, resetting digital clocks and the occasional analog relic (like the windup schoolhouse "Regulator" on the parlor wall.) I didn't _think_ we obsessed over time that much....

And that doesn't even count the computers and VCRs, which keep their own counsel on the subject of DST.

Ah, thanks for the reminder - must set some clocks myself before bed. Fortunately, I have only three, not counting the one on the computer that's smart enough to reset itself.

And, of course, if they *do* change daylight savings time, all of the devices which make the change automatically will be doing so at the wrong time. Until they've all been replaced or someone sells patches to rewrite the programs.

Whereas we still have at least three to reset -- the two car clocks and the clock on my pocket shortwave radio. And I won't even bother with my bicycle computer. Or the fax machine.
