It's that sort of day. Noon temperature 40 F, flood watch still in effect, high wind advisory ditto. Forecast of SNOW in the western hills of the state.

I think I'll go watch some football on TV.

I did commit words this morning -- Dierdre manipulating her nominal superior in the Pendragons. But she's finding it too easy, almost boring. Cue the ominous music....

Not just in western Maine ... this is the current-as-of-11AM forecast for my home town of Acton, Massachusetts:

Tonight: A chance of rain, mixing with snow after 3am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37. North wind between 3 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Snow, tonight. (Not accumulating, but still.) And Wilma now expected to drive by on Tuesday evening.
Gotta love New England, 'cause I'd go nuts otherwise.
