I like opening the curtains in my office and seeing a chickadee a few feet away, whacking at a sunflower seed in the rowan tree.

I really, really hope to get stout poles and feeders mounted on them up by next fall. The squirrels here are something ferocious. I am rich and don't mind them eating the seed, but I resent their knocking the feeders down over and over.
