Still raining

Supposed to last into the night, maybe a break tomorrow, then more.  We may reach "complaint" at some point.

Grass is turning green under the onslaught.

So is there still time to plant daffodil and crocus and paperwhite bulbs? And what about gladiolas? Should I plant them in the ground or in boxes that I can bring in to the house (everyone tells me that the ground up here gets too cold for gladis to stay in the ground.
