"Red Flag" warning from the National Weather Service, high fire danger for most of Maine and New Hampshire.  Dry conditions, warm, gusty winds.

Be careful out there!

I was driving through the White Mountains National Forest today. Smokey the Bear was warning of "Very High" fire danger; at the same time, there's still snow on the ground at the higher elevations, and ice along the banks of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset.
