Whoosh rattle

We have entered the transition between the 30s F and single numbers F.  Driveway puddles flash-frozen.  At least I got the side roofs shoveled before this happened -- can't dragoon Elder Son into the task, now that he's decamped for sunny Cal-i-forn-i-a.

North-easter forecast for Saturday night into Sunday.
