No, but a lot of the technical/craft unions are honoring the writers' picket lines, and some production companies have opted to shut down production rather than deal with that.
That probably explains it. Although a lot of the (grumpgrump) reruns on PBS represent a programing choice, like "All Creatures Great And Small" and the old Agatha Christie mysteries.
Well, if you can't give 'em new stuff, at least give 'em the *good* old stuff! (Although if my PBS station did that, I'd hope for Upstairs, Downstairs" and "I, Claudius" ...)
