Sunday boring report
Midsummer wildflowers (as opposed to Midsommer wildflowers, which will probably kill you.) Two killdeer out at the airport, again no calling or wing-dragging so I must not have been a threat to the puff-ball youngsters. Also, mockingbird on the Air Guard's perimeter wire, but no song.
No roadkill beyond a couple of flat gray squirrels. Only metal bird in the visitor's lot was a FedEx cargo jet.
Across town, by the airport, over the hills, and home. A bit warm for serious exercise, 81 F when I got back. Did not die.
