A Kansas church plans to send protesters to the Maine funeral of a soldier killed in Iraq. The Westboro Baptist Church isn't protesting the war, mind you. Instead, these people say that US soldiers deserve to die because they defend a country that tolerates homosexuality.

I think this meets the classic definition of "Sick Fuck."

Oh, they got my attention. If Norway (Maine) weren't so far away, I might go and take pictures so that I can be sure to get the description right for some future book...perhaps in some unflattering and homoerotic pose.

Ah, if only Alice Haskell knew someone in the Topeka area who could talk a family of skunks into paying the Phelps household an extended visit ... but, then again, perhaps even the skunks would find Phelps too much of a stinker.
