Winter is coming

Air temperature 16 F, wind east 8 mph gusting to 16, snowing. That last bit has started since I got up. Winter weather advisory, snow changing to mix and freezing rain later, ending around sunset. No plans.

I'm surprised that They don't want a nationwide department of education with *more* power rather than less. That's how you indoctrinate kids in Maine and California to think like kids in Texas and Florida.
