May have seen the first flower heads on milkweed. First orange hawkweed outside of the built-up area. Locust trees dropping flowers, lime trees getting ready to take over suffocating us. Yellow rings around all the puddles and my front tire tread turns yellow when I ride some sections of road.
Maybe little brown bat roadkill, another patch of fur that might have been a red squirrel. Not positive ID in either case.
Cantor mockingbird defining territory down near the synagogues, another mocker duel out at my water stop by the airport. No interesting metal birds on view.
Got out on the bike, across town and back. Some of the clouds don't look trustworthy. Did not die.
