Back into darkness

Air temperature 24 F, wind northeast about 4 mph, sunny. Tomorrow I will be arising in the dark again, made doubly so by storm. Clouds supposed to move in around noon, snow and rain starting in the wee hours next morning and continuing all day.

Grackles and redwing blackbirds starting to return. Just a small flock seen, instead of the anticipated horde, but a Sign none the less.
