Lawn remains unmowed
Air temperature 54 F, east wind about 1 mph, partly cloudy. I tempt fate and the weather gods by planning a morning bike ride -- wind supposed to pick up later. Mower guys supposed to be here tomorrow or Tuesday.

Four geese in a dormant construction site, appears that some of the weeds are tasty. Also, C-5 and some C-17s out at the airport, Air Materiel Command moving some Materiel. We don't ask and they wouldn't tell us if we did.
Horsetails up, more wild strawberries and some larger white flowers that might be bunchberry, patches of coltsfoot in the ditch going to seed-puffs.
Pumped up the road bike tires and got out across town, air temperature 64 F when I headed out. Did not die. Amused that the bike odometer and the GPS on my new phone differed by about .1 mile over the ride.
