Semi-spring weather
Air temperature 39 F, wind west about 6 mph, overcast. Car has an appointment this morning, guess I'll have to accompany it. It's really too young to be out on its own.

Japanese magnolias and forsythia starting to bloom in the neighborhood. We'll see if our own forsythia bush decides to join in this year -- some of the cultivars have alternate-year patterns, and ours did little last spring.
