April snow falling

Air temperature 33 F, wind north about 10 mph, light snow. Total accumulation under an inch, so far. We don't need to go anywhere, even if there was anywhere to go. Got most of what we needed in yesterday's grocery raid.

Adding to the din

First song sparrow of the year yelling territorial claims from a wire overhead. It will not be the last. I can recall times when I was never out of earshot of one for my entire walk.
