How high is the condescension index this morning?

You might think that at my age, with literal decades on the internet, I would know better. You would be wrong.

Flock of maybe a dozen geese low, heading inland from the river, calling.

"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

And, as I am reminded every time I post this, those who *can* remember are condemned to watch others repeat it.

I did not need that song running through my head. I'd forgotten about how much of a real downer some beautiful harmonies can be . . .
