Air temperature 46 F, light north wind, scattered clouds for the newspaper walk. Bike ride after we acquire a few degrees.

Tuesday milestone report
Some of the upland trees are starting to turn, just edges of red and orange. More of the bog maples have gone full-out. Asters and goldenrod abound.
No fresh roadkill.
Temperature got up into the upper 50s F, sun and little wind, so I got out on the bike. Ride takes me to 1000 miles for the year, a few weeks later than I'd wish. Did not die.
