Chokecherries blooming, and the tent-caterpillar webs to engulf them. More rhodora in the bog, but didn't see the calla out there this time. Bloodroot on the forest edge.
No fresh roadkill. Nothing has cleaned up that dead tortoise-shell cat I noted in a previous ride.
Temperature in the upper 50s F, wind 15 mph gusting to 25, but I got out on the bike. Did not die.
