Tuesday roadkill report
One brown-phase varying hare/snowshoe hare at about 14.5 miles on my route, well smashed but ID from the ears. First verified roadkill of my bicycle season . . .
Some tamaracks showing green, bracken unfurling in the woods, birch catkins going long and floppy. Forsythia and daffodils now blooming outside of town.
