Just removed a couple of branches from the maple, ones the local squirrels use for access to South Neighbor's roof. I expect the Shop Steward at our back door within the hour.
Wednesday spring report
River still running high, but the bog is down about half a foot since my last ride. Willows leafing out, more skunk cabbage, maples blooming.
Air temperature vaulted up to 58 F, wind southwest about 10 mph, clouds gathering. Got out on the bike, did not die. Astute readers will note the precision of my time and mileage and deduce that I have changed over to the road bike.
