As I mention every year, this is a legal holiday peculiar to Massachusetts and Maine, commemorating the Battles of Lexington and Concord. Maine gets it by inheritance, having been part of Massachusetts at the time. So, this year April 15 becomes April 19 for purposes of legal activity . . .
