Sunday floral report

First goldenrod blooming, Queen Anne's lace, and the sumac flower spikes are opening. Honeysuckle berries turning red, and our earliest blueberries have started to ripen. The robins know.

Not-roadkill, adult bald eagle circling over the river.

Rode upriver to my overlook water stop, across, and down the other side. Turned off into the hills just after reaching the paving work, thus avoiding five miles of aggravation. Did not die.
