Chilly

Air temperature -3 F this morning, with breeze.  Windchill in the -20 F range for my newspaper walk.  And the city hasn't cleared the State Street sidewalks yet.  Note to Elder Son -- your former boss still crams that snow and ice Matterhorn into the sidewalk.  The man ain't got no culture.

Slippage in the gears -- Maine Drug Enforcement Agency is looking at a 75% cut in Federal funding in their new budget.

I thought The War on Drugs rated right up there with catching Bin Laden.  Oh, wait...
