As the pigeon loft turns

Been wearing the architect hat more than the writer (or secretary, or publicist, or any other of Pat Wrede's "Hat Lecture" versions) lately.  And stopped by at the current downtown renovation for a quick look-in on progress if any.  Met the contractor there.

It's official.  This is the worst mess he's seen in several dozen old-rattrap renovations.  Worse than the hazardous-waste laundry.

But we have a plan.
