The front page was 90% Red Sox this morning, of course. The lady of the house said that was fine by her, that just meant that all the things that _could_ have shoved sports off the front page didn't actually happen.
I remain bemused by the degree to which seemingly sensible people tie their sense of self-worth to the performance of a bunch of highly-paid mercenary entertainers from two states over, but that's just me.
Meanwhile, about 2/3 through with Chapter X, with the Cast-iron Bitch in the midst of finding things she doesn't want to find. Need to throw some weirdness into the scene, I guess, being as this is supposed to be "fantasy." But I've gotten in my 500+ new words for the day. No law saying I can't write more....
