The rains are coming! The rains are coming!
Or something. Since we do not have connected storm drains on our street and _do_ have major patches of gravel surface rather than paving, heavy rain (such as occurred last weekend) can lead to interesting road configurations. I can't even dodge all the canyons and craters on a bicycle...
Printed off the infamous Chapter 5 on PENDRAGON AUTUMN this morning. This allows me to move on into the head of the nefarious Dark Witch, plotting, plotting, plotting. She never gives up. I do like a good villain (villainess, in this case.) Contrary to what optimists might say, villains make the world go 'round.
Anyone want a poisoned apple?
