Our town seems to move around a lot. Forecast yesterday was for rain, with the chance the storm would end as snow in the north and mountains. We are on the coast, a quarter mile from a tidal river. We woke up to an inch of snow on the ground.
I shall attempt to progress on the story today. I've reached the point where _I_ know what is going to happen, so that writing it out becomes an exercise in boredom. Writing can be a PITA that way.
